Macaron - another reason why we should appreciate the French

“A macaron is a sweet meringue-based confection made with eggs, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond, and food colouring”

Last week I received a box of Pierre Hermé macarons, straight from Paris . They melt in your mouth and needless to say how delicious they are.
